The International Conference aims to provide participants with an international platform to share research and advance knowledge development and generation in outcome-based evaluation worldwide.


Target participants

The conference target participants are professional workers and researchers in the child and family care arena: practitioners, academics, researchers, managers, policymakers, students and all other people interested in new perspectives of family and children’s services.


Details for Abstracts Submission

This Call is an invitation to submit abstracts about concluded or current experiences in the domain of outcome-based evaluation and research on family and children’s service on the theme and sub-themes listed below. Proposals need to be prepared in English following the instructions below:

  • Abstracts should be submitted in English (Font Style: Times New Roman 12) and the maximum length is 400 words and only PDF files are accepted.
  • A Scientific Committee will review the proposals. Selected abstracts will be presented and discussed in parallel sessions as well as published in the Conference book.


Registration to the Conference is necessary for the acceptance of proposals. A proposal is only accepted once the abstract has been received and the author(s) has (have) registered.

The main language during the Conference will be English. For plenary sessions and some selected sessions conducted in Mandarin, translated English PowerPoint slides will be prepared and provided upon request.
