The Graduate Division of the department organized an “Orientation Day for New Postgraduate Students” on 23 August 2025. The event aimed to welcome incoming students of 2025-26 academic year and provide them with essential information of their studies. Prof. Dai Haijing, the Department Chairperson, and Prof. Kim Minseop, the Graduate Division Head, as well as Mr. Lam Keung, the Alumni Association President, Ms. Edna Choi and Ms. Jelly Wong, the Alumni Association ExCo Members, delivered welcoming speeches to the freshmen. To capture this special occasion, all guests, faculty members and freshmen participating in this event took a group photo at the venue.
